Q: Does it cost anything to list my items?
A: No - for a limited time, basic listings are free at AAANDS. Sellers only pay a Final Sales fee once their item(s) have been sold. If, however, you choose Extra Listing Options such as boldface or Featured Auctions, there are fees involved. Click here to read more about our billing procedures.

Q: Can I change the end date on my auction once it has started?
A: No - once the auction has started you cannot change the end date. The only option you have is to "End Your Auction Early" and relist your item.

Q: Can I change the starting price, reserve price or quantity on my auction once it has started?
A: No - these cannot be changed once the auction has started. Your only option is to "End Your Auction Early" and relist your item.

Q: How do I end my auction immediately?
A: To end your auction immediately, click on "Site Map" located on the toolbar at the top of any page. Scroll down until you get to "Seller Services" and click on "End Your Auctions Early". Enter your User ID and password, then select "Current Items". Find the auction you wish to end, and click on the "End Auction Early" icon next to the listing. When the auction page appears, simply scroll down to the bottom of the listing and enter your User ID and password to end the auction.

Q: I chose Auto-Relist for my item, but I don't want it re-listed anymore, what do I do?
A: To stop your item(s) from re-listing, you will need to "End Your Auction Early". This will stop it from re-listing.

Q: Who decides the bid increments, and how do they work?
A: Bid increments are automatically set for you by AAANDS. This is done to make sure that all bids are kept relative to the value of your item. For example, you would not want bidding on your $400 item to go up in 25c increments, or you may never even reach your reserve! To read more about bid increments, click here.

Q: What do I do if I can't contact the buyer by e-mail?
If you cannot contact the buyer by e-mail, you should contact us by
clicking here and we will do our best to contact them for you.

Q: What do I do if the winning bidder backs out?
A: If you have not been able to contact the high bidder through their E-mail address or personal contact information, then you may move on to the next highest bidder. Please allow three working days for the high-bidder to respond. Remember - not everyone accesses their e-mail every day, so their lack of response may be unintentional. If you are not successful with any of the under bidders, or there are no other bidders on your item, you can contact AAANDS and request a credit of your Final Sales fee. We also suggest that you make use of the feedback system to warn others of this type of behavior.

Q: How do I make my listings look better?
A: You can improve the look of your listings in several different ways. You could try using HTML (HyperText Markup Language). To learn more about HTML, click here. You could also use images with your listings, as potential buyers always like to see what they are getting. To read more about how to add images to your listings, click here.

Q: How do I pay my AAANDS account?
A: There are several ways you can pay your AAANDS account. You can submit your credit card information with our secure online server, that way your card will be automatically billed once a month, or when your balance reaches $20 - whichever comes first. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you can forward it to our office address,
Payable to:
Otherworld Enterprises, Inc. P.O. Box 1721 Simi Valley CA 93062-1721
USA

Q: What is a Reserve Price auction?
A: Some sellers choose auctions with reserve prices when listing an item. The reserve price is the lowest price at which the seller is willing to sell an item. This price should be above the minimum bid price, where the bidding is started. The bidders never know the reserve price. If this price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell. If a bid is equal to or greater than the reserve price, the item information will indicate the reserve price has been met and the bidder will be notified.

Q: How do I view all my auctions at once?
A The best way to view all your auctions at once is to use AAANDS "Personalize". You can set this up, simply click on "Personalize" on the toolbar located at the top of any page and enter your User ID and password.
Then click on "Edit My Personalize Options" and select the options you'd like to view on your Personalize page. From now on, every time you click on Personalize, the system will automatically go to this page for you and you can select any of your auctions to view immediately!

Q: How do I get a credit when the buyer backs out?
A: You will need to contact us and request a credit. Please provide us with all the relevant information, such as Item ID number, your User ID, e-mail communications etc.

Q: You don't have a sub-category that is relevant to my item, what should I do?
A: Please contact us with your suggestions for new Sub-Categories, we listen to our members and accommodate their needs wherever possible.

Q: How do I relist closed items?
A: Firstly, click on "Site Map" located on the toolbar at the top of any page. Then scroll down until you get to "Seller Services", and click on "Re-List Your Item". Enter your User ID and password, then click on Closed/Re-List Items. You will see an icon next to each of your closed items that says "Click here to relist" so simply select the item you wish to relist and click the icon!

Q: How do I add extra images to my listing?
A: If you wish to add extra images to your listing, you can do so by placing them in the Description Field of your item listing, using the following HTML
<img src='http://www. .com/mypicture.jpg' > Obviously, you will need to fill in the space with your ISP and replace "mypicture" with the name of your image file.
